This project context is the ball-jointed-doll collecting hobby, and focuses on the study of games and social networks and how they can be applied to the UX/UI design of a web or an app for collectors, its users.
The project starts from the communication and branding problems that doll maker companies have. Therefore, it is directly related to online marketing and e-commerce issues.
Although it was outside the scope of the project, the application design was made having in mind a future gamification, of which some guidelines were sketched out at the end of the project, and that represent a new way of performing marketing activities by companies in which they and the users contribute something and both get benefits.
